Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@skinverity.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — we cannot guarantee a refund for unsolicited returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us at info@skinverity.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
